Prof. Aman Kumar Dubey is an accomplished motivational speaker,management professor, consultant, and civil services coach. As the founder of IndiaLearns IAS Academy, he is dedicated to empowering students to achieve their dreams in civil services. With a wealth of experience in both academia and industry, Prof. Dubey brings a unique blend of expertise to his teaching and mentoring.
Throughout his professional journey, Prof. Dubey has made significant contributions in various institutions such as Kumaraguru School of Innovation,Kalaignar Karunanidhi Institute of Technology, and Coal India Limited. As an assistant professor, he has not only been responsible for teaching various management subjects but has also pioneered initiatives like KIT CIII (Centre for Industry Institute Interaction) and KIT-APS (Academy for Public Services).
Prof. Dubey is also an accomplished researcher, with numerous publications under his belt.He has published papers in Scopus Indexed journals, IEEE Explore, and authored case studies, research papers, and solution banks for UPSC civil services aspirants.
A serial innovator, Prof. Dubey has co-founded and invented several start-ups and inventions, including RATS-RA Technical Solutions, indiaLearns.org, Turnrestor, a smart and efficient painting robot, and the Smart Eco Brick.

About Our General Manager
Naveen Kumar Selvam is a dynamic and result-oriented professional with a strong academic foundation and a passion for public service. He completed his B.Tech in Information Technology in 2017, graduating as the Best Outgoing Student of his batch for his exceptional performance in academics, leadership, and extracurricular activities.
Driven by a deep aspiration to serve the nation, Naveen began his Civil Services Examination preparation in 2017. Over the years, his journey has been marked by remarkable consistency and perseverance across various competitive exams. In 2019, he cleared the TNPSC Group 1 Preliminary and Main Examinations and appeared for the Interview stage. In 2020, he cleared the AFCAT and was recommended at AFSB, Mysuru. The following year, he cleared the CDS and was recommended at SSB, Allahabad, and also cleared the SSC CPO, receiving a posting in the CRPF. He has appeared for the UPSC Civil Services Examination three times, successfully clearing the Preliminary stage once (2019) and attending the Mains Examination.
Beyond academics, Naveen is an avid sports enthusiast and a firm believer in holistic growth. He actively pursues Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts, Running, Cycling, and Gym Training, which reflect his discipline, endurance, and commitment to continuous self-improvement. He is also talented in photography and drawing, showcasing his creativity, attention to detail, and artistic perspective — qualities that complement his analytical and leadership abilities.
