Return and Cancellation Policy
1. General Provisions
This policy governs the refund and cancellation terms for the online courses and study materials (collectively, "Courses") provided by IndiaLearns IAS Academy ("Academy", "We", "Us", "Our").
2. Course Cancellation
2.1. If a participant wishes to cancel their enrolment and request a refund, they must inform us within seven (7) days of the date of purchasing the course. Cancellations should be made by emailing us at contact@indialearnsiasacademy.com . The course access will be deactivated and a refund will be processed after deducting Taxes or Fees if any.
2.2. Cancellations made after seven (7) days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Course Exchange
3.1. If a participant wishes to exchange a course for another of equal or lesser value, they may do so within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date.
3.2. Course exchange requests made after seven (7) days of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to refuse such requests.
4. Non-refundable Situations
4.1. Courses purchased during a sale, promotional period, or with a discount code are non-refundable.
4.2.Courses that have been completed or where a completion certificate has been issued are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
5.1. Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.
5.2.The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
6. Course Availability
6.1. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify courses without prior notice. In such cases, participants will be informed and will be given an option to switch to another course or receive a refund.
7. Changes to this Policy
7.1. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Please note that by purchasing our Courses, you agree to this Return and Cancellation Policy and accept its terms.
